Jothno Care & Support provides home care, live-in care, domiciliary care, community care, supported accommodation and supported living services to older adults and those with complex needs. Our service HQ is in Manor Park, East Ham, in the London Borough of Newham. We provide care & support to surrounding areas (Ilford, Hackney, Newham, Barking) and across Greater London.

Jothno Care & Support tailors home care packages to the individual family. We are mindful of cultural differences and recognise the range of diversity in east London. For example, we will make sure that the home care team knows of specific family traditions and activities like Diwali, attending Gurdwara, etc.
